Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
